Is this an election year?

The number of documented desecrations of the flag in this country increased by a whopping 33% in 2005....to four incidents from the three documented in 2004.

It is extremely gratifying to know that our Senators aren't preoccupying themselves with lesser matters, but rather dedicating FOUR ENTIRE DAYS of their undivided attention to this escalating national tragedy. After all, they are being paid well to take care of The People's business.
