Goldman Sachs? I doubt that the people who produced Robert (Tax-Cuts-Are-Bad-For-The-Economy) Rubin can be considered too Republican.
Goldman Sachs has historically stood for Keynesian economics.
Hillary, however, continues to be my favorite primary candidate.
I too hope she wins. I dislike her BUT she probably is the best of the worst in that party. If I had to choose between her, Gore, or Kerry I would go with her. Of course this would be after just about every Republican candidate.
Gore and Kerry are not going to be the candidates. I really don't think Hillary will be in the end either, but I don't know who else has a shot. Who is the next Dean?
We need someone from the NorthEast. I want to be able to say, right after the election...
I once knew a young Man from Natucket
who just threw his name in the bucket,
the electorate gasped,
he was taken aback
and at the end he had nothing in pocket
The obvious candidates that could actually win in the general election are Lieberman and Warner. Unfortunately, we Dean-Moore-crats cannot get them up to the general election.
